W: Hi, this is Megan calling from the delivery department. I’ve got your text message about our new
kitchen product. I am concerned about the delayed deliveries of the new product. The product is very
popular so we are having trouble keeping up.
M: I see. Unfortunately, we found some problems in the product itself. The handles of the skillets are
getting too hot. So we must upgrade the handle with other materials to avoid overheating.
W: Right, when do you think the fry pan will be updated?
M: We are just waiting for the new handles to arrive this week. Upon arrival, we can upgrade the
product and they’ll be ready to go in about two weeks.
